In just four days, we’ll get the first official look at Jaguar’s C-X17 styling exercise. The concept will be officially unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show on September 9. Naturally there aren’t many details yet, but the concept rides on Jaguar’s new modular aluminum platform and hints at a wider range of future products.
The silhouette of the vehicle in question is clearly that of a crossover-type vehicle, something that’s been hinted would be a possible addition to the Jaguar portfolio. Or perhaps it’s a shooting brake-style wagon? We’ll find out next week.
The C-X17 will be joined on the Jaguar stand by the new F-Type and the latest track-bred “R” models, the XJR and XFR-S.
