With less than a week to go before the official unveiling of the next-generation Cadillac Escalade, General Motors is teasing the upgraded full-size luxury SUV’s advanced features.
The redesigned Escalade, which hits the streets alongside a new Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon, sports a completely new interior that appears to adopt the hand-made, craftsmanship-heavy styling of Cadillac’s current car lineup. Precisely sewn stitching is visible on the dash and door panels, and high-quality materials can be expected.
Exterior styling remains a mystery, but a close-up of what appears to be an LED headlight stack offers some hints that the 2015 Escalade will be more radical than before.
The next Escalade debuts on October 7 in New York City. Cadillac will present a behind-the-scenes video by indie artist Autumn de Wilde, and the event will be available on a live YouTube stream. Interested viewers can register at Cadillac’s YouTube page.
