Are you a mother looking for a place to work who cares about women’s issues and treats its female employees with respect? Chrysler just might be the place for you.
On September 18, 2013 Chrysler Group, LLC was acknowledged for the 14th year in a row as part of a list of 100 Best Companies For Working Mothers, by Working Mother Magazine. Apparently Chrysler pushed ahead of 100s of other companies for its ability to enable women to advance, as well as its focus on women’s issues, parental leave, schedule flexibility and overall culture.
Working Mother magazine has been creating the Best Companies list for 28 years. It’s used as a standard for corporate American work practices. In 2012 the magazine celebrated its 34th anniversary, is the leading national magazine for career-minded mothers and is read by over 2 million people.
“Now in its 28th year, the Working Mother 100 best companies are leaders in building initiatives that truly support all employees. They are the vanguard,” stated president of Working Mother Media, Carol Evans, “of successful companies, with modern policies for American families.”
